Your Walk and Talk Consultation will give you all the information you will need to stage your home yourself. It is up to you to decide how much of our advice you take. We provide Full Service Staging should you want us to implement any or all of our recommendations.

How it Works:
- 2 hour minimum appointment at your home or via virtual video conference call
- 10 minute prep call prior to the appointment
- Walk through of the exterior and interior of your home with you and your family
- Return visit to follow up on DIY staging once complete

Finish Consultations
Finish Consultations give homeowners professional advice on many types of finish choices. Examples of finishes include wall paint color, countertop selection, flooring, backsplashes, lighting, cabinet painting or refinishing, and accent pieces. Consultations are beneficial to those building a new home, renovating a property or simply want a fresh look for their existing home.
Our Finish Consultations start at $400 for a 2 hour appointment and can encompass any variety of finishes desired.

If you want a new look and feel in your existing home or selected rooms but need professional input to help complete the process, this consultation is for you. Our Redesign Consultations start at $400.
Your Redesign Consultation will give you all the information you will need to give your home that refreshed look. It is up to you to decide how much of our advice you take. We provide Full Hands-On Redesign should you want us to implement any or all of our recommendations. We also provide personal shopping if desired.
